Star Wars Birthday Party

It's that time of year for the boys double birthday party!!
Since I... I mean they are so into star wars that was the obvious choice of a party theme.

It was so cute at the end of the party after the boys opened all their gifts and John says, "Well, what did Mummy and I get you?" They both shrugged. I said, "We got you this beautiful party, and that is your gift."
They both hugged us and said thank you without even complaining that we didn't buy them anything, such gracious boys!
Then John brought out their bikes and they went crazy!! It was the cutest thing.

No Rest For The Weary

Yesterday was sweet and sad, and maybe a bit boring. Amalia woke up with a fever and insisted on sleeping right on top of me on and off all day. Even though she was sick, and I did feel a bit cruel and selfish, I pulled out my camera and got to clicking. I simply won't give her a break! But it was worth it. Look how sweet and peaceful she looked only an hour before she threw up on me. She is the prettiest little girl and oh so sweet. I love photographing her. She still has a bit of a temperature today so it seems I am back on "pamper the baby even more than normal" duty. My job is to lay on the couch and be her bed, her comfort, and anything else she may need. And today I will give her a break from her modeling duties. I have the best job in the world. I love my kids.

Beautiful Baby Shower

This past weekend was our baby shower!! We decided to do it a bit early because I am one of those over-organized, over-prepared types. It was hosted by my best friend Kindle and my sister Bianca. I told Kindle I wanted a slight winter wonderland pink theme since it is so close to Christmas and this is what I walked in to! It was absolutely beautiful, and we were joined by all our best family and friends, we appreciate everyone that made this such a special day for us. This game was to guess how big I was and believe it or not the winner was Ethan!! He definitely knows his Mummy! The chocolate diaper game. (It was Johns first shower, he must've thought we were all crazy). Getting ready for presents!! (The boys got to open them all). Kindle surprised the boys with a gift each.
