"Mummy"

I know Amalia has already been saying "mama" and "dada" but she has said her actual official word!!
I'd be lying if I said I was surprised that it was "Mummy".
John and I went crazy!
She is just TOO precious and her little smiling face when she says it.

The only problem is now I spoil her even more than before.
How can I resist giving her whatever she wants when she says "Mummy"?

We have had the laziest weekend since we have been here.
On Friday (our Saturday) after hanging out at the beach we came in watched a movie and all 5 of us fell asleep on the couch!
What weekends should be sometimes!

 I adore her with my whole heart and soul.
They finally got the heaters on in the pool.  Can't keep this girl out of the water!!

Ethan has had the typical "little brother" problems. A huge one being that he has been going to all Kaidens scouting activities for 2 years and couldn't participate. Being the observer of your bigger brother having fun... not so much fun. Then we had the move to Dubai, so what should've been his first year, wasn't. He was so excited and was all smiles at his very first scouting event where he could participate! I can't get over how cute and official he looked in his uniform. He took every belt loop he earned extremely seriously. It's also weird to see Kaiden in his webelo uniform, I always saw it as for the "bigger boys". I guess my little Kaiden is one of the big boys now.

Because Of You

Daddy, because of you I...well, exist.  Because of you I know I am special because you told me every day.Because of you I made it through some really hard times, you were and are still always there for me.  Because of you I always know I have a friend to listen that always has my back.  Thanks for letting me watch T.V. when I wasn't allowed to, bringing me home chocolates and pepsi (which was a BIG deal back then).  Thank you for everything you have done for me, and I hope you know how much I love you.
