Doubling Up

I have gotten so behind in my posts that there are a few that won't make it, so I am doubling up to not miss out on too much. My friend Frances and her family came to visit from Dubai.  Our daughters born just 10 days apart, well, let's just say they aren't fond of each other and it's hilarious!!  I wish I had pics from her 30th, but I didn't bring my camera so I wasn't always thinking about photos (I don't do that often enough). And then we went to the aquarium a few weeks ago.  I am missing most of the pics, but I have been so busy that I guess it's expected to slip up somewhere. I have to admit, it was VERY depressing  Those whales should absolutely not be kept in captivity in a tiny tank, I could feel their sadness. But the kids loved it, especially the dolphin show. Look out for more blogs and activity from BeccaBe photography.  Life has been going very well, very quickly, I'm just trying to keep up with it!! ...

Stone Mountain

We had a family friend come and stay with us, visiting from Europe for a few days so we took her to Stone Mountain. The weather couldn't have been any more beautiful. Amalia surprised us all and insisted on not being helped more than half the time. Any time we tried to hold her hand we got, "No! No!" and "Stop!" Thats one independent girl! From time to time she would lay on her tummy on a rock and do her fake snoring, cutest thing ever. Every time I climb Stone Mountain I wonder why I don't do it more often.

2 Years Old!

I always do  little something special on the actual day of my kids birthdays. For Amalia we started at 6 am with her gifts.  We spent some Mummy and2  year old time then had some cookie cake with her best friend Kinleigh when the boys got home from school. I think her favorite word is "boys".  She is always looking for Kaiden and Ethan saying "Boys! Boys!" They are her favorites, probably because she is their favorite. Anyway, then she did the swings, slide and trampoline with Kinleigh. I am so happy to have these 3 little (some not so little) people in my life. I love my "big girl" and I look forward to all the crazy, fun, sweet, special experiences we will all be sharing with her this year! Amalia, you are loved.
