Elves!

It has been so hard to remember to do the elves at night.
I am so much more forgetful... and tired than I was all the years before, but we have been managing well.

The elves have put up a tree in the boys room, made ginger bread men and other fun things.

They have ripped up Kiadens homework and broke Ethans favortie dvd, The Polar express.  Its so much fun messing with them.
This weekend we are going to use paper, that long roll of paper you put on the floor when you paint, and baracade them in their room so they will have to rip it to come out. 
I can't wait!

We have everything for the baby now, just the dreaded painting left to do.  I can't wait to have it all done. 
I will post pics of it all then, along with the headboard we made.

Long Awaited

Ethan has had the typical "little brother" problems. A huge one being that he has been going to all Kaidens scouting activities for 2 years and couldn't participate. Being the observer of your bigger brother having fun... not so much fun. Then we had the move to Dubai, so what should've been his first year, wasn't. He was so excited and was all smiles at his very first scouting event where he could participate! I can't get over how cute and official he looked in his uniform. He took every belt loop he earned extremely seriously. It's also weird to see Kaiden in his webelo uniform, I always saw it as for the "bigger boys". I guess my little Kaiden is one of the big boys now.

Because Of You

Daddy, because of you I...well, exist.  Because of you I know I am special because you told me every day.Because of you I made it through some really hard times, you were and are still always there for me.  Because of you I always know I have a friend to listen that always has my back.  Thanks for letting me watch T.V. when I wasn't allowed to, bringing me home chocolates and pepsi (which was a BIG deal back then).  Thank you for everything you have done for me, and I hope you know how much I love you. Jesse, because of you I have the 2 most wonderful little boys in the world.  I know we may not always see eye to eye but when it comes to our boys we can always come together and do what is best for them and I appreciate that, and I am sure when they are old enough to understand what we do for them, so will they.
